Why the Majority

Smoking causes 430,000 deaths every year - more than AIDS, alcohol, drug abuse, car crashes, murders, suicides, and fires combined.

Nicotine is one of the most addictive substances on the planet - once you are hooked, it is very hard to quit.

A pack a day smoker can spend over $1000 a year on cigarettes.

Smoking causes yellow teeth, bad breath, smelly clothes, and wrinkles  - YUCK!!!

Smoking will reduce your ability to play sports and be active because it decreases your ability to breathe.

Look around - most of your classmates, co-workers, and people in your community DO NOT SMOKE!!

In many businesses, cities, and states, you cannot smoke in public places, including restaurants.  Who wants to stand alone outside, sometimes in the rain and cold, just to smoke?  THE MAJORITY ENJOYS CLEAN AIR INDOORS.
